EVENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (EMS)
Our Event Management System (EMS) is a robust registration and tournament management system for online and/or live events. EMS creates a seamless experience for event attendees, from online registration to organized live event competitions. This powerful solution helps our clients capture attendee information, plan live event activities for the attendees, communicate information to all attendees, and then export any event information when needed.

Our EMS is considered one of the best and most comprehensive event systems of its kind in the e-sports industry. The proof is that our EMS is used by many of the top video gaming leagues and event organizers.

Whether our clients are planning an annual large LAN event or planning a series of online and/or LAN events, our EMS is flexible enough to support their needs. Our EMS can be fully-customized and “skinned” to recreate the look and feel of our clients’ brands and images. Our EMS can be seamlessly integrate directly into our clients’ websites via iFrames or hosted subpages with masked web addresses.

Our EMS was developed by our partner company E-Sports Entertainment (ESEA), which allows us to integrate additional advanced functionalities powered by ESEA. We have the ability to provide a network of optimized and managed game servers with tournament and other custom game modifications. Our EMS also can be seamlessly integrated with ESEA’s world class Anti-Cheat software to ensure all of our managed online events are fair, fun and exciting. We also have the ability to integrate our EMS functionalities for real-time statistics and scoring for displays at live events or as broadcast tools for streamed and televised productions.
ANTI-CHEAT CLIENT
Cheating online has become one of the biggest challenges when hosting online tournaments and competitions. Protecting the integrity of our clients’ online or live events from third party cheats or client exploits is a high-priority for us.

Our Anti-Cheat technology provides tournament staff and administrators with the tools and information they need to be more effective at detecting players seeking to gain unfair advantages through cheats, game hacks and illegal game settings.

Developed by ESEA, our world class proprietary anti-cheat client software is used by some of the top global video game leagues to ensure their online competitions are fair and standardized.
BROADCAST INTEGRATION
As playing video games becomes part of our daily entertainment, the number of competitive video game events and tournaments are on a steady rise. Video game competitions are starting to become spectator sporting events with professional gamers, giant prize purses and fans. E-sports competitions are viewed by millions of players and fans worldwide through live broadcasts over the Internet and on television. How a person plays a game and how a person (the spectator) watches the game play are two different points of view. This is why we have created a series of broadcast software tools to help make the transition from game play to spectator-friendly points of view.

Our broadcast applications allow producers and directors to implement virtual cameras to watch the game play from any angle. In certain games, we also have the ability to implement graphics changes (i.e. custom player/team jerseys, logos, art, etc.), remove certain in-game graphics and texts, display statistics and scoreboards, plus create custom game modifications to keep in sync with broadcast rules and formats.

Through our partnership with BEXEL, the world’s leading provider of professional video rental equipment and on-site technical broadcast services, we are the experts in interfacing PC and Console systems with audio/visual equipment for online streaming and television broadcasts. We have created custom Mobile Network Kits that allow us to offer bundled solutions to clients interested in producing and/or broadcasting video game competitions and events. With Bexel’s expertise and equipment, we are able to provide state-of-the-art, turn-key solutions to video gaming broadcasters and event producers.

An extensive inventory of state-of-the-art broadcast rental equipment, high-performance gaming equipment, proprietary technologies and professional video gaming services allows us to offer industry-leading solutions to our clients.
VIRTUAL DATA CAPTURE (VDC)
Our data collection solution is the next evolution in electronically capturing attendee information and distributing prizes. Attendees or registrants enter their unique data via a tablet PC's keyboard or touch-screen stylus, which reduces errors in collecting the information and speeds up the data collection process.

Our VDC software is custom-built to meet our clients’ needs when it comes to gathering the information they seek from their attendees by allowing our clients’ to implement their registration variables and survey question sets. The VDC software also allows our clients to distribute prizes or giveaways in an organized and fun way through interactive graphic games at the end of the data collection process as an incentive for participants to complete the registration and survey.

The biggest advantage of using our VDC solution for our clients is that it frees up their on-site staff from laborious and time-consuming tasks of data collection, and allows them to engage event attendees to promote their products and service offerings.
