Our custom 20' x 20' turn-key Gaming Pavilion is ideal for tradeshows and live events where rental space is a premium. The open trussing system and design is inviting, engaging and always draws a crowd of event attendees.

The center of the Gaming Pavilion allows for up to ten (10) PC or Console stations, where video game tournaments, software demonstrations or open sessions can be conducted. Large-screen LCD displays are suspended above the Gaming Pavilion and broadcast activity schedules, prizing information, video commercials and/or in-game images. Event attendees can sign-up for FREE activities including mini-tournaments, celebrity gamer shootouts, product giveaways, contest and more!

Clients can rent just one corner or rent the entire unit. Each corner can be individually branded, allowing up to four distinct clients to cross-promote and add to the excitement. Our Gaming Pavilion is a cost-effective solution that was specifically designed to maximize clients' return on their live event marketing investment.

SCHEDULED INDUSTRY EVENTS
We plan to deploy the Gaming Pavilion at several industry tradeshows and e-sports events throughout the year. We contract directly with the event properties for floor space, power, drayage, furniture and other exhibitor services. Included with each event activation are professional staff and game administrators, premium equipment, setup/teardown labor and shipping services. This allows our clients to focus on interacting with event attendees versus dealing with the labor and logistics of activating an exhibitor booth.

PRIVATE RENTAL
The Gaming Pavilion can also be exclusively rented to a client (or group of clients) and deployed anywhere you need it to be.

Our Mobile Network Kits are built with premium-grade IT equipment including routers, backbone switches, servers and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) battery backup devices. Our kits are designed as "flypacks", complete with wheels so that they can be rolled-on any hard surface and shipped in confidence via truck or plane.
